Anti spam policy
SendQ, operated by Tamimah Digital LLC, is committed to maintaining the highest standards of email deliverability and protecting the integrity of the email ecosystem. This Anti-Spam Policy sets out the rules all SendQ users must follow when sending emails through our platform.
Compliance with this policy is mandatory. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
1 Our Commitment Against Spam
SendQ has a zero-tolerance policy for spam. We believe email marketing is only valuable when it is wanted, relevant, and permission-based. Our platform is designed exclusively for legitimate, opt-in email communications.
We actively monitor sending behavior and reserve the right to suspend accounts that show patterns consistent with spamming, even before receiving a formal complaint.
2 Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, spam is defined as any unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or bulk email sent to recipients who have not given clear, explicit, and verifiable consent to receive communications from you.
Spam includes but is not limited to:
- Emails sent to purchased, rented, or third-party lists
- Emails sent to addresses harvested from websites or directories
- Emails sent to contacts who have previously unsubscribed
- Emails sent in bulk without a clear prior relationship with the recipient
- Emails with misleading subject lines or deceptive sender information
3 Permission-Based Sending Requirements
All emails sent through SendQ must be to recipients who have given you explicit, verifiable permission to contact them. Acceptable forms of permission include:
✓ Allowed (Permission)
- Website sign-up forms with clear opt-in
- Double opt-in (confirmed subscription)
- In-person sign-up with documented consent
- Existing customers who opted in at purchase
- Event registrants who consented to emails
✗ Not Allowed (No Permission)
- Purchased or rented email lists
- Scraped email addresses from websites
- Business card collections without consent
- Pre-checked opt-in boxes
- Adding contacts who didn’t request emails
We strongly recommend using double opt-in (confirmed opt-in) for all new subscribers. This sends a confirmation email before adding a contact to your list and significantly improves deliverability and compliance.
4 Prohibited List Practices
The following list practices are strictly prohibited on SendQ:
- Importing or using purchased, rented, co-registration, or third-party lists
- Sending to lists obtained through scraping, data harvesting, or extraction tools
- Using role-based email addresses (e.g., info@, admin@, support@) as primary recipients for bulk campaigns
- Re-adding contacts who have previously unsubscribed or marked your emails as spam
- Sending to lists that have not been engaged in over 12 months without a re-permission campaign
- Sharing or reselling contact lists obtained through SendQ
5 Required Email Elements
Every email sent through SendQ must include the following elements to comply with anti-spam laws and our policy:
- Accurate sender identity: The “From” name and email address must clearly identify your business or brand. You may not use deceptive or misleading sender names.
- Honest subject line: The subject line must accurately reflect the content of the email. Misleading or clickbait subject lines are prohibited.
- Physical mailing address: A valid postal address (business or P.O. Box) must be included in every email footer.
- Unsubscribe link: A clear, functional, and easy-to-find unsubscribe link must be present in every marketing email.
6 Unsubscribe & Opt-Out Requirements
Respecting opt-out requests is both a legal requirement and a fundamental part of ethical email marketing.
- All marketing emails must include a clearly visible unsubscribe link
- Unsubscribe requests must be processed within 10 business days
- Once someone unsubscribes, they must not receive any further marketing emails from you
- You may not charge a fee or require additional information to process an unsubscribe request
- SendQ automatically suppresses unsubscribed contacts to help you stay compliant
7 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited from being sent through SendQ:
- Phishing attempts, fraudulent offers, or deceptive content
- Malware, viruses, spyware, or any malicious attachments or links
- Content that promotes illegal products or activities under Omani law or international law
- Adult or sexually explicit content without proper age-gating and consent
- Content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme promotions

First-time minor violations receive a formal warning with required corrective action within 5 business days.
Suspension
Repeat violations or moderate infractions result in temporary account suspension pending review.
Termination
Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination without refund.
